Vicky N. Pham

Vicky Pham specializes in business, real estate, professional liability and insurance litigation. Vicky has wide ranging experience with contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, partnership, unfair competition, and legal malpractice disputes. She also has expertise in commercial and residential real estate, lender disputes secured by real property, and insurance bad faith litigation. In addition, Vicky has litigated entertainment, trademark and patent infringement, defamation, and probate actions.

Vicky has volunteered extensively with the Southeast Asian Legal Outreach Project through the Public Law Center in Santa Ana assisting indigent Vietnamese-speaking clients with various legal issues. She is also on the conference committee of the 2011 NCVAA to be held in Washington D.C.
