Nykia J. Wilson represents employers of all sizes, both in litigation defense and in preventative counseling and training, including handling the complete spectrum of employment litigation in California state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Ms. Wilson specializes in a wide range of labor and employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, unfair competition, and wage and hour issues. She also counsels clients on a variety of employment-related matters such as compliance with state and federal laws, and drafts and revises employee handbooks and job descriptions. In addition, Ms. Wilson conducts investigations regarding allegations of wrongdoing in the workplace, and conducts harassment and discrimination training for both supervisors and non-supervisors.
Ms. Wilson also teaches a course on employment law at San Diego State University's College of Extended Studies.
