Seven Luce Forward Attorneys Named Northern California Super Lawyers

Northern California Super Lawyers has selected seven attorneys from Luce Forward for inclusion in its 2010 edition. Luce Forward attorneys listed in Super Lawyers are: John C. (Clint) Callan Jr., Michael A. Isaacs, Allan E. Low, Charles P. Maher, Barry Milgrom, Denis F. Shanagher and Timothy A. Tosta.
The selection of Super Lawyers is based on a three-step process in which more than 10,000 Northern California-based attorneys are invited to participate in a survey and then asked to nominate outstanding attorneys based on their actions both in and out of the courtroom. Nominations are reviewed and selected attorneys are then grouped by practice area and asked to participate in a peer evaluation panel.
- John C. (Clint) Callan, Jr. and Allan E. Low were selected in the Real Estate category.
- Michael A. Isaacs, Charles P. Maher and Barry Milgrom were selected in the Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights category.
- Denis F. Shanagher was selected in the Business Litigation category.
- Timothy A. Tosta was selected in the Land Use/Zoning category. Tosta was also featured in a recent profile article in Northern California Super Lawyers’ July issue, “Thoughts on a Thriving Life.”
