Mark Hagarty has practiced as a trial lawyer since 1979. He has extensive jury and non-jury trial experience representing clients as both plaintiffs and defendants before courts throughout California. Mr. Hagarty has expertise in most areas of real property litigation including financing / secured transactions, lender liability, and contract and tort claims relating to purchase and sale transactions, partnership and limited liability company disputes, and commercial landlord / tenant disputes. His clients include international, national and local corporations, privately owned investors and developers, and wealthy individuals with significant holdings.
