Josiah Drew specializes in civil litigation, with an emphasis in insurance litigation, including insurance bad faith, unfair business practices, and consumer class actions. He has successfully represented clients at trial and has argued on behalf of numerous clients before state and federal trial courts throughout California.

Mr. Drew’s representative results include:
- Ayala v. Infinity, 713 F.Supp.2d 984 (C.D. Cal. 2010) - Summary judgment granted based on genuine dispute doctrine.
- Interinsurance Exchange of the Automobile Club v. Superior Court (Williams), 148 Cal.App.4th 1218 (2007) - Writ relief obtained that denied a plaintiff class's restitutionary claim for millions of dollars based on an allegation that insurance premiums were not gathered properly.
- Hurtado v. Allstate Insurance Company - Jury defense verdict in lawsuit alleging bad faith arising out of Northridge earthquake claim.
