Domain Name Disputes - Represented several clients in arbitrations to get infringing websites which were directing traffic away from clients’ websites removed from the internet.

Landlord/Tenant Disputes - Successfully litigated several unlawful detainer actions for commercial landlords to evict defaulting tenants.

Purchase & Sale Disputes - A purchaser defaulted on the purchase of a new home. In a dispute concerning, the retention of the purchaser’s deposit, successfully negotiated a settlement allowing the developer to retain 90% of the purchaser’s deposit.
