Luce Forward George C. Rudolph Joins Advisory Committee for CleanTech OC

Luce Forward today announced Partner George C. Rudolph has joined the advisory committee for CleanTech OC. CleanTech OC is a trade association that seeks to promote economic growth in the Orange County clean technology industry.
Rudolph, who is also Partner-In-Charge of Luce Forward’s growing Orange County office, is a partner in the firm’s Business / Complex Litigation practice. Rudolph has just completed almost three years of litigation involving what is reputed to be the largest portfolio of Clean Development Mechanism projects in the Peoples Republic of China, and the sale of certified emission reductions from those projects. He also has experience in dealing with intellectual property issues involving renewable energy and green construction.
In his new role on the advisory committee, Rudolph will be joining other clean tech thought leaders from the Orange County area. Together, they will provide CleanTech OC’s Executive Director, Co-Chairs and Board of Directors insight, contacts and information that will assist with growing the organization.
CleanTech OC was founded to establish Orange County's reputation as a center of clean technology innovation, investment, and research; create synergy between Orange County's existing clean technology stakeholders; and promote local job creation and environmental improvement.
