This experience includes the preparation of both "for sale" and "for rent" affordable housing agents, as well as "silent second" financing agreements for the local jurisdictions. The firm also has experience advising clients on compliance with local inclusionary housing requirements.
The public finance practice at Luce Forward has broad transactional experience. Attorneys with the firm have served as underwriter's counsel, developer's counsel, bond counsel and lender's counsel in a wide range of financing in the state of California. The finance practice includes tax-exempt and taxable debt offerings, redevelopment and other "public/private" development and redevelopment, conventional real estate secured finance, letters of credit and reimbursement agreements.
