Range of Services.
Luce Forward’s sophisticated acquisition and disposition group seamlessly adapts to the needs and desires of its varied clientele; we efficiently add value in many areas while simultaneously avoiding the redundancy of a client’s existing in-house expertise. Our attorneys negotiate and craft transaction-specific purchase and sale agreements, as well as the myriad of other ancillary documents often required in connection with (or unique to) each deal, including tax and financing documents, leases, 1031 exchange documents, and lender and owner title insurance policies and endorsements. Luce Forward clients also take advantage of the substantial skills of our experienced acquisition and disposition group, which include the ability to perform all aspects of due diligence review, advise on project environmental and entitlement risk, select and coordinate the services of outside third-party professionals such as title companies, surveyors, and lenders, analyze regulatory compliance, and create and implement tax solutions.
