We are pleased to announce that Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP (Luce Forward) and McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP (MLA) have set an effective target merger date of March 1, 2012. This combination will enhance the legal services provided to clients in litigation, real estate, insurance, government contracts, government affairs and corporate law.
